Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

You may cancel your order for any reason before it has been dispatched.
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@worldspirit.online
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns section below.

Returns (After Delivery)

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns on the following conditions:

Products are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
The return is initiated by the customer and returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return.

Note:
We cannot accept returns of opened bottles, personalised items (e.g., engraved bottles), or products that have been tampered with after delivery.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Email us at contact@worldspirit.online with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.
Ship the item to the address we provide.
(Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days and issued to your original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged in transit
Defective or spoiled
Incorrect or not as described

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution as appropriate.

Alcohol & Age Restrictions

You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol from worldspirit.online.
Age verification may be required upon delivery.
Orders refused or undeliverable due to age verification failure will be refunded minus delivery and return costs.
